The Bull Moose is a minor antagonist of Balto III: Wings of Change, despite having little screentime. He first appears watching the race. Later on in the film, Balto, Stella, Muk and Luk are searching for the crashed plane, when the Bull Moose appears and picks a fight with them. Balto is briefly knocked out, but the moose is distracted and defeated by another aggressive moose invading it's territory. The two moose fight and the group sneaks to the crash site. The moose take on a heavy Mafia/Gangster style voice. He is voiced by Maurice LaMarche, who also voices Balto and The Other Moose.

- When he says "You talkin to me?" he's referencing Taxi Driver.
- The Bull Moose is meant to be a replacement for the Bear in the first two films.
- The Bull Moose is the closest the third film had to a villain, but is more of a territorial animal rather than a villain, thus he is not evil whatsoever. However, he did go against Balto and his friends, thus making him an antagonist but not a villain.
